Lakewood Ranch Villages
Lakewood Ranch is a 35,000-acre master-planned community in both Manatee and Sarasota counties, with more than 80,000 residents across 40+ villages on the developer's 2026 figures; development began in 1994 and Summerfield, the first neighborhood, was completed in 1995. The Census median year built in the Lakewood Ranch area is 2014, so many decks are on their first or second resurfacing.
